You will provide a high quality comprehensive administrative service ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Catering Department, while working under pressure with competing demands. You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.

You should be educated to SVQ III/ECDL in Business/Office Administration or equivalent experience in is essential, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. You will possess excellent skills in organisation, numeracy, audio and keyboard. Experience in diary management, arranging meetings, taking action notes/minutes as necessary, distribution of papers etc. would also be advantageous

A level of understanding, a calm nature, excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team or on your own initiative is desirable. ​​​​​​​
