Customer Support Team Kilmarnock: Hybrid Working Salary: 22,000 per annum Monday to Friday – No weekends – 35 hours per week What are we looking for? Are you a good listener, empathetic and a bit of a problem solver with great communication skills, then we have a position that would suit you! We are looking for focused individuals to support customers who have previously experience within debt recovery, collections or credit control is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided. What will you be doing? As part of our customer support team, you will work in a fully supported environment where you can demonstrate your commitment to providing outstanding customer support through your skills and personality. You will be setting up payment plans for customers that have outstanding debts. You’ll be their first point of contact answering inbound and making outbound calls. You’ll be the ear that listens to their financial struggles, and the voice that guides them through it. It’s hard work, with a real focus on listening skills, making sure we achieve the right outcome for our clients’ customers. It’s not for everyone, but in this role, you can make a real impact on people’s life’s Your role can include but is not limited to: Providing first class customer service via telephone and email. Ensuring all communication with our client’s customers are handled professionally and promptly. Achieving the key targets that are set by the business. Resilience and ability to work towards targets. Previous debt recovery experience. A positive mindset and the ability to show genuine empathy.
