We are looking for individuals who can communicate in a caring and supportive way CCA Recruitment Group have an amazing opportunity to work with a well-known debt recovery company in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire. In this role, no day will be the same, your main focus is to help customers who are experiencing complex personal circumstances which is impacting their current financial situation. You will communicate with customers via telephone to discuss and empathise with their situation allowing you to help with them and following up with correspondence via email and letter. 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm Hybrid working: You will work between your home and our client’s beautiful office in Kilmarnock, with amazing transport links nearby Training: 3 weeks classroom-based training Start date: May 2023 PLUS, great company benefits/perks which we can discuss during interview process To be considered for this role you must be great at delivering conversations, being able to ask the right questions to be sure you can then take the right approach and have great problem-solving skills to help with their current situation and find the best solution. You must be comfortable using multiple systems and Microsoft packages, full training will be provided to ensure you understand the company regulations, and also help you succeed in your new role.
