Are you a compassionate, skilled nurse seeking a fulfilling nursing career? Crossgate Care Home in Kilmarnock is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD/ENG) to join our team, providing the highest standard of care in a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver outstanding nursing care and effectively supervise staff members
– Create, maintain, and review personalized care plans for residents
– Safely administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records
– Uphold a clean and secure environment, adhering to health & safety and infection control policies
– Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary team members
– Support the training and development of junior and new staff members
*Requirements:*
– 1st/2nd level nurse registration
– Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
– Satisfactory background check and clearance against the PoVA list
– Genuine interest in working with our service user group
*Desired Qualifications & Experience:*
– Prior supervisory experience
– Relevant experience or qualifications in care for our service user group

Part-time hours: 22-38.5 per week
